Toques down, fires off. Despite our early snow, 40 Below is not a harbinger of weather doom. 40 Below is the name of a juried competition for local artists, 40 years of age and younger.  The chosen participants and winners are now on display at the Federation of Canadian Artists Gallery on Granville Island.
