Every year, we look forward to the brown paper couture dresses created by the talented students from the Design Formation program at Langara College. Since the exhibit has moved from the college itself to Oakridge, more passersby can stop to admire these paper re-imaginings of designer creations.

As we were there, a six year old girl told her Mum that she would definitely wear all these wonderful dresses. Admirers can vote for their favourites online; the winning Brown Paper Couture designer will get a $500 bursary.
