As you wander in and out of Granville Island this week, you can stop to watch talented artists painting murals under the Granville Street Bridge. Participating in Art Smash – a collaboration between the Island and Vancouver Mural Festival – is Musqueam artist Debra Sparrow, Spanish artist Ruben Sanchez and local artists Lauren Brevner, KC Hall, James Harry, Sandeep Johal, Kari Kristensen, Eric Louie, JNasty and Victoria Sieczka.

On May 12th, between 1 and 9pm, you can come down to Art Smash at Granville Island for live performances, craft beer, food trucks and to watch the creation of another new mural.
